We are just getting started so if you'd like to add a cool thing in our neighborhood, please join Reed Neighbors and let us know!
Tucked beneath the tree at 3864 Willowood Drive, the Good Juju Tree is a simple invitation to pause, reflect and share a little hope.
Visitors are invited to tie a ribbon to the tree while making a wish, offering a prayer or simply sending a positive thought into the world. As the ribbons dance in the breeze, we like to imagine those good intentions spreading throughout our neighborhood and beyond.
Over the years, the Good Juju Tree has become a meaningful tradition for many neighbors, reminding us that even the smallest acts of kindness and hope can create ripples of connection. Read more

A pantry at 1604 Willowmont restores an essential resource our community lost when the previous one closed. Huge thanks to Rachel and the neighbors who made it happen! 👉 @pantry_eat_it
If you look around, you'll see a number of little villages for our resident fairies.🧚✨
A shout out to Erin, who waves her magic wand and transforms the themes throughout the year! We always look forward to what’s next.
This isn’t just a fairy garden, it’s a whole fairy village. It’s a miniature adventure you won’t want to miss!
Meridian & Jacob
Hillsdale & Jarvis
What was once an ordinary utility box is now a colorful piece of public art! These two art boxes were painted by neighborhood artist Karen Adamski (ShamaMama), transforming everyday infrastructure into vibrant landmarks that brighten our streets and celebrate creativity.
These projects are a wonderful reminder of how art can bring people together and add a little joy to everyday life.

Our neighbors are creative doers! Five storm drains have already been adopted in the Reed Neighbors community. A shout-out to:
Angelica Marie for adopting "Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner of Hillsdale/Wilcox"
"Leaf Eater #1" and "Leaf Eater #2" on Willowood
"The SHAWshank Redemption Drain" on Shaw
Willowgrate Drive on Willowgate
Thank you to the neighbors who have stepped up to help keep our waterways cleaner and reduce neighborhood flooding. Have you adopted a storm drain? We'd love to hear from you!
Learn more about the Adopt-a-Storm Drain program, sign up and view the storm drain map.
A big thanks to Graham and Ricki at 1551 Glencrest for hosting a casual weekly meetup in their front yard!
Most Saturdays at 4:30 p.m., they invite neighbors to drop by, say hello and connect with others in the community. Please join the fun!
If you want to sprinkle a little fun near you, please download this flyer and put up for neighbors to enjoy!
If you want to learn about where this came from, check out Take What You Need.
Reed Neighbors consists of three unique neighborhoods: Ross Creek to Jacob, The Willows and Shaw. If you have any historical information to contribute about these areas, we'd love to hear from you! Please feel free to email us.
While not technically within our borders, we’ve included a brochure from the Glenmore neighborhood, as it was too interesting not to share.
Willowview Drive | 2021
If you walked down Willowview Drive between August and November 2021, you would have witnessed the creation of a brand-new chicken coop for Happy Hollow Park & Zoo, almost as if it were "hatched" right before your eyes.
To learn more about this community project, check out A Chicken Coop for Happy Hollow.
